This weekend I had a night with one of my best ones. She is more of a vodka girl, but does partake in the odd bit of gin too. She even made me the most delicious raspberry infused gin for my birthday!
I decided to try my hand at making her a delicious gin cocktail, which would be sufficiently girlie, and fizzy for her to approve of wholly. This is what I came up with…
What you need
25ml gin (I went for Svinkløv by Nordisk Brænderi but anything floral would work)
25ml rose lemonade
25ml Mediterranean tonic
Prosecco
What you do
- Pop your gin into a Champagne Coupe
- Add the rose lemonade and Mediterranean tonic
- Top up your glass with prosecco
- Carefully give the mixture a gentle stir
- Sip and enjoy!
Not only does this taste delicious, but it is also fabulously pink, which makes me very excited!
